Mortgage Offset Payment

Description:  This calculator gives the (level) monthly payments required to pay off a mortgage in a given term, when offsetting the mortgage with a certain level of savings. The monthly payment level calculated should reduce the mortgage to zero while keeping the savings intact (ie, the savings remain at the end of the term).
